Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel or related service industry
  • Previous experience in marketing or food and beverage preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Experience managing multiple digital marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with hotel and F&B technology systems
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Creative mindset with attention to brand standards
  • Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar service industry organization
  • Previous marketing or food and beverage experience highly desirable
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft 365 and office equipment
  • Platform management experience with FS.com, OpenTable, BentoBox, Sprout, Traackr, Canva, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, HotSOS, Golden, BirchStreet
  • Knowledge of food and beverage technology including Avero, MICROS, OpenTable Pro, ResortPass
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with strong eye for promotional content and brand presentation
  • Digital marketing and social media proficiency
  • Interest in food and beverage with prior experience in luxury, Forbes Five-Star, or Michelin-starred environments preferred
  • Photoshop, photography, and additional design skills a plus
  • Valid driver's license required to operate golf carts

Job Duties

  • Support the Director of PR & Marketing with day-to-day assignments and special projects
  • Coordinate internal communications for F&B promotions and events, acting as liaison across departments
  • Assist with F&B marketing communications, including OpenTable Pro emails and LMLM local mailing lists
  • Ensure brand compliance across all F&B marketing materials and menus
  • Manage F&B social media for TRUSS and support Auro as needed, with visuals and copy approved by DMM and DPRM
  • Support resort activations including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and experience coordination
  • Attend activations and F&B marketing meetings, prepare agendas and document action items
  • Maintain and update digital collateral across platforms such as FS.com, OpenTable, BentoBox
  • Upload F&B events to partner and destination portals like Visit Napa Valley, Calistoga, Yountville
  • Assist with F&B photoshoots and content creation
  • Maintain a centralized asset library for all F&B initiatives
  • Design menus and F&B marketing collateral using Canva
  • Support shopping cart amenities and experiences including F&B offers and culinary classes
  • Manage Google Business Profile updates for multiple outlets
  • Support outlet influencer programs including agenda development and creative briefs
  • Monitor competitive set activity and broader industry trends
  • Assist with Eventbrite listings and guest list management
  • Assist Director of Food & Beverage with recipe costing, menu engineering support, food safety audit coordination, administrative support for Avero, OpenTable, ResortPass
  • Coordinate F&B activations and related logistics
  • Review and track in-room and VIP amenities
  • Support Medallia responses, issue tracking, illness reports
  • Assist with vendor and BirchStreet management and purchase orders for F&B
