Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of national and regional events including sales rallies, grand openings, networking events, educational webinars, and recruiting events
  • Execute events across the country aligned with business objectives and growth goals
  • Partner with marketing, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure brand standards and exceptional attendee experience
  • Provide ad hoc planning and logistical support for regional and branch-level events
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel coordination, budgets, materials, and onsite support
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to improve future experiences and optimize ROI
  • Develop and maintain event playbooks to standardize and streamline event planning
