Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Sport Management, or a related field
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and specific key event dates
- Passionate about sports, motorsports, and/or event operations
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Result-oriented, creative, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Sport Management, or a related field

- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, written, and verbal skills and able to take initiative to reach out to other staff members for information and details regarding assigned projects

- Must be polite, courteous, and treat all consumers respectfully regardless of the situation while treating the company assets with care at all times
- Must be available to work event days, evenings, and weekends as needed, including key event dates

Job Duties
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns for major events
- Support grassroots marketing through promotional booths and local events
- Help develop event timelines, manage vendor coordination, and prepare on-site materials
- Assist with setup, teardown, and operation of event booths, displays, and fan zones
- Provide on-site support during events, serving as a point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and fans
- Assist with event registration, ticketing, guest services, and VIP experiences
- Create content for social media, websites, and email marketing efforts
- Conduct market research and data analysis to measure marketing effectiveness
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation management, and inventory tracking
- Additional duties as assigned
