Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience managing a marketing team and budget preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and social media platforms

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related
  • 3-5 years' experience managing a marketing team and sizable marketing budget preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research
  • Ability to learn and use new systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent with PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and social media skills

Job Duties

  • Develop new opportunities to increase mall traffic through engaging and community minded events
  • Manage key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as well as the center's website
  • Collaborate on the preparation of an annual marketing plan and budget
  • Walk the mall daily to establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants
  • Conduct tenant meetings to generate support for events and promotions
  • Engage with community groups and organizations to position the center as a community hub
  • Manage inventory and care of event materials, seasonal decor and promotional supplies
  • Support weekend manager schedule by working weekend shifts approximately once per month
  • Stay informed on community and regional activities
  • Represent the center on community boards
  • Participate in corporate advertising, marketing and promotional programs
  • Maintain open communication with corporate marketing office
  • Utilize strong sales skills to generate income through sponsorships and advertising
  • Be open to periodic travel such as the annual TEAM Conference in Ohio
