Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying weekly events
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time or 15-25 hours for part-time or internship
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable representing the brand in community settings
  • Experience or interest in marketing and event coordination
  • Proficiency with social media platforms

Job Duties

  • Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations
  • Actively solicit catering and business opportunities
  • Represent the restaurant at community events
  • Coordinate spirit nights and partnership events
  • Take the Chick-fil-A Cow to local appearances and special events
  • Plan and execute in-store events such as family nights, kids events, and holiday events
  • Coordinate community pop-ups and brand activations
  • Manage event calendars and promotional timelines
  • Oversee decorations and store atmosphere for seasonal campaigns
  • Create creative contests and promotions to increase check average
  • Maintain point-of-purchase materials and promotional displays
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials
  • Assist with social media content creation and campaign ideas
  • Track results and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Build camaraderie and excitement among the team
  • Help create a culture that feels fun, energetic, and welcoming
  • Be a visible, enthusiastic presence in the restaurant
