Job Description

Alliance Highway Safety is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting community awareness and safety through impactful highway safety programs across the Rocky Mountain region. With a strong focus on states such as Colorado, Idaho, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Wyoming, Alliance specializes in delivering targeted messages about crucial highway safety topics including drinking and driving, texting and driving, seatbelt use, speeding, and other preventative campaigns. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel approximately 75 percent of the time
  • well-organized
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferred experience with Teams Application and HubSpot
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • ability to stay flexible and adaptable
  • self-starter with a positive attitude
  • strong interpersonal skills supporting a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic
  • ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • junior or senior standing working toward a bachelor's or graduate degree
  • well-organized
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferred experience with Teams Application and HubSpot

Job Duties

  • Staffing and fulfilling events as scheduled including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
  • planning, booking, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • contacting and working with venue coordinators to ensure smooth event execution
  • researching marketing tools and collecting program data to support campaign effectiveness
  • traveling to events and effectively marketing highway safety campaigns
  • reporting and communicating to managers to maximize the impact of highway safety programs
  • preparing professional recaps of each event for clients
  • capturing photographs of marketing activations and attendee engagement at events
  • ensuring venues meet sponsorship requirements including signs, PA announcements, video commercials, and print ads
  • managing inventory of office and off-site storage
  • engaging in team brainstorming to increase sponsorship activation effectiveness
  • creating projects with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva (optional)
  • performing other tasks as assigned
