Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing, events, or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Willingness to travel locally for events
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years in marketing, events, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and customer interaction ability
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for events
- Comfortable operating a mobile food trailer or truck with training provided
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technology

Job Duties
- Schedule, book, and manage offsite events such as schools, hospitals, corporate settings, festivals, and sports events
- Coordinate all pre-event details including food truck setup needs, product ordering, staffing, and inventory
- Attend events and operate the mobile van handling sales, POS, payments, and customer interaction
- Track event profitability and report results
- Perform in-bakery duties as needed
- Maintain bakery social media channels and create engaging content
- Communicate regularly with Area Bakery Manager to align product forecasts, staffing, and inventory needs
