Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or related roles
  • creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • experience with Google Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or Sundays for events
  • experience in independent schools is a plus
  • knowledge of Jewish traditions, holidays, and culture is strongly preferred
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms for both development and enrollment initiatives
  • support the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials, inclusive of the annual summer magazine, Divrei
  • maintain photo and video libraries and assist with visual storytelling
  • coordinate logistics for all school and school-supported community-related events including fundraising events, open houses, donor recognition programs, and community partner events
  • support management of event timelines, vendor relationships, rentals, and day-of execution
  • support event promotion through email, social, website, and print collateral
  • track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and help oversee registration/check-in
  • provide post-event follow-up support including surveys, thank-you communications, and reporting
  • work closely with the Development and Enrollment teams to align marketing and event strategies
  • maintain calendars, deadlines, and project timelines
  • assist with tracking marketing metrics and event budgets
  • provide additional communications and administrative support as needed
