Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in creating an annual marketing campaign that promotes customer engagement with SCHEELS products and first-class in-store experiences
- assist scheduling and photographing social content for Facebook, Instagram and Google
- ability to multi-task and simultaneously handle coordination of several events in various stages
- assist in creation of internal and external promotional pieces
- schedule digital media for upcoming events including digital message centers and Scheels Community posts
- ability to manage an annual budget
- exercise judgment and tact and be able to effectively work and communicate with all levels in the organization
- demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical equations
- perform operations using currency, measurements and understanding percentages
- be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels policies and procedures
- candidates should be self-motivated and willing to take a leadership role with co-workers and volunteers for the successful execution of SCHEELS events
