Job Duties
- Brainstorm and develop creative event concepts aligned with The Rigby’s brand
- Plan logistics including materials, staffing, and scheduling
- Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure event details are documented and communicated to staff
- Oversee events to ensure smooth operations
- Research and secure sponsors and community partners
- Build relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and artists
- Assist in negotiating sponsorships and collaborations
- Support marketing strategies for upcoming events
- Assist with social media promotion, flyers, and outreach
- Engage with local influencers, media, and community groups
- Track attendance, results, and key takeaways
- Collect feedback from staff and attendees
- Recommend improvements for future events
- Assist with general venue operations as needed
- Attend meetings with management to align on goals
- Support the private event coordinator
