Job Duties

  • Brainstorm and develop creative event concepts aligned with The Rigby’s brand
  • Plan logistics including materials, staffing, and scheduling
  • Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure event details are documented and communicated to staff
  • Oversee events to ensure smooth operations
  • Research and secure sponsors and community partners
  • Build relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and artists
  • Assist in negotiating sponsorships and collaborations
  • Support marketing strategies for upcoming events
  • Assist with social media promotion, flyers, and outreach
  • Engage with local influencers, media, and community groups
  • Track attendance, results, and key takeaways
  • Collect feedback from staff and attendees
  • Recommend improvements for future events
  • Assist with general venue operations as needed
  • Attend meetings with management to align on goals
  • Support the private event coordinator
