Job Requirements

  • A degree-level marketing qualification or equivalent experience
  • at least 5 years experience in B2B events and marketing communications
  • proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale events from concept to completion
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • experience managing agencies, suppliers, and budgets
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite or SEO/social media experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact security events across the UK and Europe
  • manage all aspects of event execution including content, communications, logistics, and vendor relationships
  • drive digital marketing campaigns, communications, and brand initiatives across key audiences
  • create engaging marketing collateral ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • track event and campaign performance, measure ROI, and share insights with senior stakeholders
  • collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and global marketing teams
