Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student or have relevant experience in marketing or communications
- Ability to work flexible hours between 5 to 15 hours per week
- Comfortable using social media platforms for professional purposes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Must be able to occasionally work on-site for events or photoshoots
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, event planning, or communications
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to write engaging, conversational content
- Comfortable interacting with people in a professional setting
- Basic photo/video editing skills are a bonus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- A proactive, self-starter attitude
Job Duties
- Plan and help organize "Block Party" celebration events after major remodeling projects
- Capture and edit before and after project photos and short-form videos
- Assist with posting to and managing our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write short captions, customer stories, and blog-style project highlights
- Coordinate and promote local community events and trade shows
- Track basic marketing performance metrics (views, likes, shares, etc.)
- Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness in the community
