Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or related field
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficient with computer and email usage
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- book banquet event sales for two locations
- coordinate all event details from start to finish
- maximize sales and profits through creative and selective selling
- represent Cattlemens at banquets, special events, and community functions
- act as liaison between community/business representatives, management, marketing advisors, and staff
- coordinate the marketing and events department at assigned restaurants
- perform additional duties as requested by the General Manager
