Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
  • at least two years of experience in digital marketing or communications
  • proficiency in social media platforms and content management
  • experience using graphic design and video editing software
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media content creation and management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • experience with social media scheduling software such as Agorapulse
  • strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills following AP style
  • experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • experience with Canva or related cloud-based graphic design tools
  • familiarity with Vimeo and YouTube for video hosting and captioning
  • ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
  • understanding of best practices in digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • knowledge of event coordination and public relations strategies
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • experience with AI-powered marketing tools, chatbots, and automation platforms
  • knowledge of ADA regulations and best practices for content creation

Job Duties

  • Develop compelling marketing content for social media, website updates, email marketing, digital advertising, and print materials
  • create and post engaging social media content ensuring platform consistency and engagement
  • collaborate with graphic design team to produce designs for digital and print publications
  • leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing strategies
  • develop digital campaigns to improve student retention
  • update and maintain web and campus digital signage content
  • write, edit, and proofread various marketing communications
  • assist in crisis communications and urgent messaging
  • design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
  • capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns and social media
  • support internal event marketing efforts
  • coordinate with freelancers and vendors
  • maintain accurate marketing expense records
  • schedule communications and campus-wide announcements
  • use CRM systems to communicate with students
  • complete administrative tasks for the Community Relations team
