Job Qualifications

- experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- experience with Canva or related cloud-based graphic design tools
- familiarity with Vimeo and YouTube for video hosting and captioning
- ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- understanding of best practices in digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
- knowledge of event coordination and public relations strategies
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- experience with AI-powered marketing tools, chatbots, and automation platforms
- knowledge of ADA regulations and best practices for content creation
Job Duties
- Develop compelling marketing content for social media, website updates, email marketing, digital advertising, and print materials
- create and post engaging social media content ensuring platform consistency and engagement
- collaborate with graphic design team to produce designs for digital and print publications
- leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing strategies
- develop digital campaigns to improve student retention
- update and maintain web and campus digital signage content
- write, edit, and proofread various marketing communications
- assist in crisis communications and urgent messaging
- design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns and social media
- support internal event marketing efforts
- coordinate with freelancers and vendors
- maintain accurate marketing expense records
- schedule communications and campus-wide announcements
- use CRM systems to communicate with students
- complete administrative tasks for the Community Relations team
