Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience or internships in marketing, social media, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency with design tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Creative and curious with an eye for design and strong written communication skills
- Familiar with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and how brands engage audiences online
- Proficient with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to create simple marketing assets
- Organized and detail-oriented with eagerness to support the team wherever needed
- Experience or interest in content creation including photography and videography is a plus
- Passion for food and beverage or cooking is a bonus
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter mentality
Job Duties
- Support brand events and activations from planning to on-the-ground execution
- Assist with social media content creation and community engagement with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Help execute brand and PR initiatives including influencer outreach, press opportunities, and partnerships
- Develop marketing assets for social, digital, and in-person touchpoints
- Work on special growth projects such as TikTok Shop launches and DTC experiments
- Conduct competitive research and trend spotting to identify new opportunities in food and DTC marketing
