Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong creative skills including photo editing and writing
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights
  • Comfortable with public interaction and physical event setup
  • Local to Okmulgee, OK to participate in on-site events
  • Availability for hybrid work including remote and on-site event attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Strong eye for aesthetic, photo editing skills, and ability to write engaging, brand-consistent captions
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and explain campaign performance
  • Comfortable interacting with the public and capable of physically setting up event booths
  • Experience with community engagement and digital content management

Job Duties

  • Design high-quality graphics and edit photos/videos for social media, email marketing, and in-store static screens
  • Execute and monitor Google Ads, update website banners, and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the Meta Business Suite, schedule posts using specific tools, and respond to the community online
  • Lead community outreach by organizing events, setting up booths, and representing the brand at public gatherings
  • Create cohesive marketing campaigns from scratch and provide clear reports on KPIs including performance, reach, and ROI
