- driver's license required
- ability to travel 75 percent locally to networking events, referral sources, and assessments
- flexibility in work hours beyond traditional 9-5
- minimum two years of business development experience
- minimum two years of sales experience

Job Duties
- create and drive sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
- understand service levels such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, long term care, and rehabilitation
- communicate exceptionally with all stakeholders
- identify new strategies to increase visits to the community
- build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business and sales
- communicate daily with the executive director and director of sales regarding sales appointments and leads
- achieve and exceed census goals
- generate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage CRM system
- self-schedule appointments impacting sales
- develop a business development plan and referral relationships
- analyze competitors and highlight points of difference in the community
