Job Requirements

  • driver's license required
  • ability to travel 75 percent locally to networking events, referral sources, and assessments
  • flexibility in work hours beyond traditional 9-5
  • minimum two years of business development experience
  • minimum two years of sales experience
  • knowledge of senior living service levels

Job Duties

  • create and drive sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • understand service levels such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, long term care, and rehabilitation
  • communicate exceptionally with all stakeholders
  • identify new strategies to increase visits to the community
  • build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business and sales
  • communicate daily with the executive director and director of sales regarding sales appointments and leads
  • achieve and exceed census goals
  • generate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage CRM system
  • self-schedule appointments impacting sales
  • develop a business development plan and referral relationships
  • analyze competitors and highlight points of difference in the community
