Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of property management experience
  • proven leadership ability
  • proficiency with Office products and operating systems
  • availability for full on-site shifts including evenings and weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and staff coordination

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • college degree preferred but not required
  • 2 years of experience in property management or related fields
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • experience with leasing in student housing
  • strong background in social media marketing
  • proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • experience with Entrata software or similar property management software

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all leasing staff at the Centralized Leasing Office (CLO)
  • provide guidance, training, and performance management across the CLO team
  • coordinate schedules, coverage, and responsibilities for centralized leasing operations
  • develop and execute property-specific and portfolio-wide leasing and marketing strategies
  • organize in-house and external events to drive leasing performance
  • ensure timely completion of leasing reports from the centralized leasing teams
  • ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • uphold brand and company standards, ensuring properties are consistently presented in an exceptional manner
  • partner with Community Managers and Regional teams on special projects and assignments
  • complete all assigned HR/People Operations tasks for leasing staff
  • work full shifts on-site at the properties
  • be available for additional hours including evenings and weekends
  • assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins
  • lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
