Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years restaurant management experience at the General Manager level in a single unit
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a training or culinary role preferred
  • Effective motivational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years of progressive restaurant management experience at the General Manager level in a single unit
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a training or culinary role is desirable

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective communicator both one-on-one and in groups
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high stress situations

Job Duties

  • Partner with multi-market operators, operating partners, and management teams to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are taught and executed daily
  • Model and teach the approved training methods for Jaggers restaurants
  • Ensure store operations comply with established standards and optimize store performance using established metrics
  • Develop and assess action plans and quarterly goals to improve restaurant outcomes
  • Lead marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales
  • Manage the critical path for new store openings and support opening management teams
  • Validate unit level operations through managing the ESF unit review process and support in-store training systems
  • Coordinate rollouts of new menu items and pricing
  • Partner with recruitment to hire management candidates and develop management and hourly staff
  • Build a pipeline of management candidates
  • Ensure staffing targets are established and maintained
  • Oversee guest and employee relations issues
  • Monitor regional competition, including units, performance, promotional activities, and pricing
  • Plan and coordinate roundtable discussions and conference calls to ensure operational consistency
  • Role model and uphold Jaggers Operational Goals, Mission Statement, and leadership principles
