Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid food handler's and alcohol service permits
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred especially in barista role
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Energetic with excitement for professional growth
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Food handler's permit required
- Alcohol service permit required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverage orders for guests
- Fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in cashiering and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market area
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests
- Support quick dining options with quality and speed
- Deliver orders to guest rooms when required
