Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior sales experience
- Competence with laptops and software including Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM programs such as VIP Karma or Lilypad
- Valid driver license and good driving record
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Ability to travel continuously to accounts
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and over 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Residency within designated territory (Bakersfield)

- Beer sales experience preferred
- Cicerone or beer certification preferred
- Knowledge of Firestone Walker and craft beers

Job Duties
- Pursue new On and Off-Premise distribution relentlessly
- Call on existing key accounts to retain and develop distribution, secure new distribution, present new and limited release beers
- Execute weekly On and Off-Premise promotions and periodic special events to build brand awareness and sampling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account staff and distributor sales personnel
- Set the standard for follow-up and follow-through in all aspects of the role
- Travel to company meetings and participate in market blitzes with the FW team
- Complete administrative reporting and communications on time
- Maintain sales goals and personal budgets
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
