Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- three years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry
- ability to obtain required pest certification and business licensing
- current and valid driver’s license
- background check required
- drug test including THC required
- immigration sponsorship not available

- three years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- proven record of meeting customer needs and service objectives
- successful P&L management experience
- leadership and career progression to managing managers level
- strong communication and organizational skills
- decision-making and problem-solving skills
- experience in value-added sales or new account generation
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver the market’s financial and operation goals
- manage a significant P&L statement
- communicate expectations for performance within the defined area of responsibility
- assure execution on regional and divisional objectives
- stress safe working behaviors and business protocols
- utilize a centralized support center, dedicated sales and marketing team to increase sales growth
- lead a team of Field Operations Managers managing service specialists
- oversee service specialists delivering pest elimination solutions
- select, train, develop and coach field service managers and specialists
- emphasize customer retention and add-on sales
- develop and coach managers on leading specialists
- participate in hiring and developing future leaders
- manage business process to maximize productivity
- ensure consistent service delivery
- comply with Ecolab protocols and regulations
