- 9+ years’ experience supervising others at various organizational levels
- multi-unit management experience in a quick or full-service restaurant
- excellent strategic planning and budgeting capabilities

Job Duties
- Partners with operating partners, ops leadership and support system teams to increase profitability
- strategizes, plans, and supports new units and market growth
- visits restaurants to ensure Whataburger standard operating procedures are being followed
- supports Whataburger mission, works towards its vision, role-models its core values, and champions company initiatives
- promotes Whataburger brand
- provides timely communication
- identifies opportunities and makes well-reasoned decisions even in unpredictable situations
- coaches and develops Family Members to build the talent pipeline
