Job Requirements
- No education requirement
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds
- visual ability including depth perception and color vision
- physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions
- adherence to hygiene and dress code standards
- ability to work in a store environment with exposure to noise, equipment, chemicals, and temperature extremes
- ability to report to work on time
- successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions
- answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service
- take customer orders at the Market Grille counter
- work with co-workers as a team for customer satisfaction
- review orders for the day
- handle food safely and keep work area clean
- review food for freshness
- ensure adequate food supply and follow production list
- anticipate product needs daily
- prepare and replenish product
- pull product from cooler/freezer for cooking
- check in and put away products
- operate department registers and handle payment where applicable
- remove trash timely
- maintain personal hygiene and dress standards
- adhere to company and store policies
- report to work on time
- wash dishes as necessary
- order products and supplies
- price products
- deliver orders
- assist in other store areas
- perform other related duties and special projects as required
