Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name whenever possible
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach products, loading/unloading items, noting customer suggestions
- Answer telephone promptly and take customer orders
- Take customer orders at the Market Grille counter
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and fill customer orders for the day
- Handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
- Review food freshness and maintain adequate food supply
- Prepare and replenish product as necessary
- Pull product from cooler/freezer for cooking
- Check in and put away product, review invoices
- Run department registers and process payments
- Remove trash timely
- Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
