Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR field
  • 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • Understand the power of recognition and engagement
  • Hold self and team to highest standards
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact easily with diverse employees
  • Knowledgeable of and ability to use PC and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Relocation is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Oversee the training and development in the market
  • Recruit and hire management along with bench management
  • Manage P&L and asset management including sales, labor, food and paper expenses, and operating and maintenance costs
  • Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
  • Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
  • Build strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest
  • Engage in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Demonstrate integrity, respect, and appreciation for employees
  • Develop personal recognition programs for top performers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including people, safety, assets, and cash management
