Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR field
- 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Self-motivated and hungry for success
- Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Understand the power of recognition and engagement
- Hold self and team to highest standards
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Ability to interact easily with diverse employees
- Knowledgeable of and ability to use PC and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Relocation is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Oversee the training and development in the market
- Recruit and hire management along with bench management
- Manage P&L and asset management including sales, labor, food and paper expenses, and operating and maintenance costs
- Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
- Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
- Build strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest
- Engage in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Demonstrate integrity, respect, and appreciation for employees
- Develop personal recognition programs for top performers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including people, safety, assets, and cash management
