Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR field
  • 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Ability to maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Supervisory and organizational skills
  • Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Relocation is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the training and development in the market
  • Recruiting and hiring management along with bench management
  • Managing P&L and asset management including sales, labor, F&P, OMC management
  • Building a fun recognition culture modeling the corporate mission and culture
  • Inspecting restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
  • Building strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest
  • Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff daily
