Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR field
- 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Self-motivated and hungry for success
- Strong leadership ability
- Ability to maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory and organizational skills
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Relocation is a plus but not mandatory
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Overseeing the training and development in the market
- Recruiting and hiring management along with bench management
- Managing P&L and asset management including sales, labor, F&P, OMC management
- Building a fun recognition culture modeling the corporate mission and culture
- Inspecting restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
- Building strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest
- Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff daily
