Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • Residency in or near the assigned territory
  • Ability to cover ordinary business expenses with prompt reimbursement
  • Ability to obtain required solicitor's permits

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
  • Sales or marketing internship or full/part-time sales role preferred for new graduates
  • Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail promotional goals
  • Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to cover ordinary business expenses with prompt reimbursement
  • Ability to obtain a solicitor's permit in any required state
  • Residency in or near the assigned territory

Job Duties

  • Implementing and managing innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts
  • Using consumer and category trends to educate customers and drive sales
  • Leading distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution
  • Achieving volume objectives for core brands
  • Executing strategic programs to meet distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals
  • Developing rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs
  • Acting as communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales goals are met
