Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
- Residency in or near the assigned territory
- Ability to cover ordinary business expenses with prompt reimbursement
- Ability to obtain required solicitor's permits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
- Sales or marketing internship or full/part-time sales role preferred for new graduates
- Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail promotional goals
- Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to cover ordinary business expenses with prompt reimbursement
- Ability to obtain a solicitor's permit in any required state
- Residency in or near the assigned territory
Job Duties
- Implementing and managing innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts
- Using consumer and category trends to educate customers and drive sales
- Leading distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution
- Achieving volume objectives for core brands
- Executing strategic programs to meet distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals
- Developing rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs
- Acting as communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales goals are met
