Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Reliable vehicle if applicable
  • Required to obtain liquor license as required by state/locality
  • Willingness to travel by air and car up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to see, taste, and smell wine and perform wine tastings
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Experience with leadership, selling, and time management
  • Ability to travel to company sites and meetings up to 5% of the time
  • Motor vehicle record check
  • Adherence to company policies on diversity and inclusion

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo winery or distributor sales experience with increasing responsibility
  • OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of wine or spirits sales, marketing, restaurant/hospitality, or distributor experience with increasing responsibility
  • Experience demonstrating strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across stakeholders
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

Job Duties

  • Grow the presence and performance of Gallo brands in restaurants, bars, hotels and other on-premise accounts
  • Execute monthly programs in partnership with distributor teams
  • Coach sales representatives and district managers
  • Close distribution gaps and prioritize resources for maximum impact
  • Lead training, kickoffs, local activations, and crew drives
  • Coordinate marketing materials with Commerce Marketing
  • Support digital commercialization and consumer events
  • Manage travel and business expenses responsibly
  • Ensure on-premise pricing aligns with state brand guidance
  • Represent Gallo in community events
