Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Reliable vehicle if applicable
- Required to obtain liquor license as required by state/locality
- Willingness to travel by air and car up to 25% of the time
- Ability to see, taste, and smell wine and perform wine tastings
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience with leadership, selling, and time management
- Ability to travel to company sites and meetings up to 5% of the time
- Motor vehicle record check
- Adherence to company policies on diversity and inclusion
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo winery or distributor sales experience with increasing responsibility
- OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of wine or spirits sales, marketing, restaurant/hospitality, or distributor experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience demonstrating strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Grow the presence and performance of Gallo brands in restaurants, bars, hotels and other on-premise accounts
- Execute monthly programs in partnership with distributor teams
- Coach sales representatives and district managers
- Close distribution gaps and prioritize resources for maximum impact
- Lead training, kickoffs, local activations, and crew drives
- Coordinate marketing materials with Commerce Marketing
- Support digital commercialization and consumer events
- Manage travel and business expenses responsibly
- Ensure on-premise pricing aligns with state brand guidance
- Represent Gallo in community events
