Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant sales experience
- or bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant wine or spirits sales, marketing, restaurant/hospitality, or distributor experience
- or high school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of relevant sales experience
- or high school diploma or equivalent plus 7 years of relevant experience in wine or spirits sales or marketing
- valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- reliable vehicle if applicable
- ability to obtain appropriate state liquor license
- willingness to travel up to 25% by air and automobile
- ability to see, taste, and smell wine for tastings
- age 21 or older
- ability to travel to company offices for training and meetings up to 5% of time
- strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills

- experience demonstrating strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills
- valid driver's license and safe driving record
- ability to obtain liquor license
- required to be 21 years or older
- experience selling or marketing Gallo brands highly desirable
- ability to travel up to 25%, including air and automobile travel
Job Duties
- execute targeted sales and marketing strategies
- collaborate with distributor reps and managers to activate sales programs
- close distribution gaps and drive measurable performance
- analyze market data and competitive pricing
- ensure compliance with state brand pricing guidelines
- coach, train, and motivate distributor teams
- coordinate local marketing materials and support digital program commercialization
- leverage performance tracking tools
- assist in consumer engagement and event execution
- support recruiting efforts at key campuses
- represent Gallo as a brand ambassador
