Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be neat in appearance and possess pleasant personality
  • Physically strong and able to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to stoop and bend
  • Able to understand and speak with co-workers and guests
  • Possesses basic computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence

  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation
  • Familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions during guest and employee conflicts
  • Ability to assist with training co-workers and new hires
  • Able to work in smoke filled environment

Job Duties

  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills to internal and external customers by displaying Family Style Service behaviors
  • Maintains upbeat positive attitude and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next
  • Leads staff to encourage consistent displaying of Family Style Service behaviors
  • Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins
  • Greets guests with warm verbal greeting and builds relationships
  • Anticipates guest needs and provides fast flawless service
  • Checks for satisfaction and uses Service Recovery process to resolve problems
  • Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership
  • Provides warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting
  • Sets up area at the beginning of each shift
  • Ensures completion of opening and closing checklists
  • Provides supervisor with daily report for the shift
  • Processes guest orders, bags orders, wraps sandwiches and prepares beverages
  • Operates cash register, rings proper amount and gives correct change
