Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- must be 18 years or older
- willing to learn and adhere to Hyatt standards
- capable of performing opening and closing duties
- able to operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- prepare food and beverages in accordance with menu standards
- handle payments accurately and efficiently
- greet guests as they enter the market and restaurant
- provide menu knowledge and recommend cuisine and drink offerings
- promote and deliver food and alcoholic beverages safely
- place food orders accurately with the kitchen
- check food appearance, temperature and portions
- adhere to Hyatt standards in market service
- use POS system for order management
- comply with health and safety company policies
- complete opening, ongoing and closing side work
- operate cooking machines such as turbochef and press
- support coffee and tea service with enthusiasm
- assist in other areas such as pool and restaurant/bar when needed
