Job Requirements

Must be available from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm including weekdays, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Strong customer service orientation
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Physical ability to stand for long periods
Adherence to Hilton's core values and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Barista experience a plus but not required
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve coffee and food items
Take and enter orders using a computerized system
Upsell additional products to enhance sales
Settle guest checks accurately and efficiently
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
Adhere to health and safety standards
