Job Requirements

  • Availability to work from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in customer service or food and beverage roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Hilton standards
  • Upsell additional market items to enhance profitability
  • Enter orders accurately into a computerized point-of-sale system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market area to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Provide timely customer service to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
