Job Requirements
- Availability to work from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Hilton standards
- Upsell additional market items to enhance profitability
- Enter orders accurately into a computerized point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market area to adhere to health and safety standards
- Provide timely customer service to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
