Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to handle cash and process payments
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties that include standing and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, and push up to a moderate weight
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM and PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare beverages and food items according to menu standards
- ensure a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- process forms of payment including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- serve as a final point of contact to enhance guest satisfaction
- maintain adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- support inventory management and restocking efforts
