Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages according to hotel standards
- Assemble sandwiches and manage food orders
- Operate the cash register accurately
- Take grab-and-go food orders efficiently
- Perform light cleaning and restocking of the coffee shop and gift shop
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
