Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- strong customer service orientation

- Previous barista and/or food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- prepare a variety of coffee beverages and sandwiches
- operate the register accurately handling cash and card transactions
- take grab-and-go food orders efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and restock the coffee shop and gift shop areas
- collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations
- assist in light cleaning and organization tasks
