Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Barista experience is an advantage
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with cash handling
- Barista experience is an advantage

Job Duties
- Assist customers with their purchases providing product information and recommendations
- Coffee and specialty beverage production
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized market environment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of products
- Assist with stock management including receiving organizing and replenishing merchandise
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
