Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of high volume fine dining experience
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Good physical stamina for on-floor service
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- Willingness to learn and obtain wine certification within one year
- Commitment to team collaboration and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high volume fine dining experience
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Above average wine knowledge with intent to become certified within one year of employment
- Extensive food and culinary knowledge

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest dining experience
- Ability to thrive in high pressure environments
- Efficiently manage a 3-5 table dining station
- Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Maple Hospitality Group uniform and hygiene standards
- Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
- Read guests and deliver custom experiences based on your personality
- Be a true team player -- communicate with and support the team at all times
