Job Duties

  • Maintain an active role in the smoothness and efficiency of retail restaurant operations by producing and coordinating the production of food items needed for daily menus and special events
  • Maintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability through proper use of production, build-to, and order sheets
  • Communicate supply needs for production with head cook
  • Check in with supervisor for any special preparation needed before starting normal kitchen duties
  • Maintain equipment daily and report any malfunctions to leadership
