Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, hotel management or engineering or equivalent
- up to eight years of experience in boating, yachting or hospitality sector
- sound knowledge of marina operations and plant maintenance
- experience in capital projects preferred
- ability to prepare and monitor business plans
- proven skills in VHF communication
- first-aid certification
- fire-fighting training
- willingness to work some weekends
Job Qualifications

- experience in boating, yachting or hospitality sector
- knowledge of marina operations, boat lifting, handling, towing, and equipment maintenance
- experience with large scale capital projects is a plus
- ability to prepare business plans and monitor outcomes
- skills in VHF communication, first-aid and fire-fighting procedures
Job Duties
- oversee all marina operations
- manage marina staff and daily activities
- plan and direct to meet business goals and sales targets
- supervise capital projects and facility upgrades
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- maintain excellent customer service
- develop and sustain relationships with owners, board members, and municipalities
