Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hotel management or engineering or equivalent
- up to eight years of relevant industry experience
- knowledge of marina operations and equipment handling
- experience with capital projects preferred
- ability to prepare and track business plans
- proficiency in VHF communication
- certification in first-aid and fire-fighting
- willingness to work weekends

- sound knowledge of marina operations, boat lifting, handling, towing, plant and equipment maintenance
- experience in large scale capital projects
- ability to prepare business plans and monitor outcomes
- skills in VHF communication, first-aid and fire-fighting procedures
Job Duties
- Oversee all marina operations ensuring goals and sales targets are met
- plan, direct and manage marina staff
- supervise capital projects and recommend facility upgrades
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- maintain productive relationships with owners, board members and municipalities
- monitor business plan outcomes and financial performance
