- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily marina operations, including dockage, service, yard, and ship store functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop both seasonal and year-round teammates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Identify, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L performance to achieve financial goals
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local boating community
- Support capital improvement projects and continuous operational enhancements
- Represent the marina's brand and uphold high standards for hospitality, safety, and service excellence
