Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role within marina or related hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated financial management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with marina management software and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Job Duties
- Oversee all marina operations including dockage, fueling, maintenance, customer service, and compliance
- Foster a welcoming environment to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, train, and motivate marina staff to provide top-tier service
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive strong revenue performance
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Conduct proactive inspections and coordinate repairs to keep the marina in optimal condition
- Cultivate relationships with local organizations and the community to strengthen the marina's regional presence
