Job Requirements
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Communicating daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures
- Completing daily food requisitions and managing daily specials
- Assisting in the hiring, training, and coaching of kitchen team members
- Playing an integral role in menu development and innovation
- Managing inventory including ordering and receiving products
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared to high-quality standards and food safety guidelines
