Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years banquet chef experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years cooking experience
- Food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom personnel
- Purchase and requisition ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment
- Participate in planning menus, preparing and portioning food and controlling costs
- Supervise stewarding to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Supervise cooks to ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of food and supplies
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on kitchen operations and staff management
