Job Duties
- Prepare Marcos menu items according to brand recipes and quality standards
- Work multiple stations including dough prep, makeline, cut table, phones, and registers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support teammates during busy shifts by working with urgency and focus
- Provide friendly, professional service to Guests
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Learn and practice the leadership behaviors expected of future Shift Leaders
