Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- handle reservations and coordinate with OpenTable system
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
- maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor under pressure
- communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
- manage waitlist and organize guest flow during busy periods
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station
