Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • handle reservations and coordinate with OpenTable system
  • monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
  • maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor under pressure
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • manage waitlist and organize guest flow during busy periods
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station
