Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- communicate promptly and courteously with guests and staff
- provide guests with accurate wait times and seating information
- handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
- assist in coordinating guest flow during busy periods
