- prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of fine-dining service
- ability to work calmly under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- manage guest seating and reservations using OpenTable or similar systems
- assess guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to ensure a positive dining experience
- coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations and guest flow
- handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant offerings
- maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area
- assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
